WELLNESS
The full understanding of Psalm 139 comes into play when we broach the subject of wellness. Each of us, in our uniqueness, need to understand what "works" for one individual may not "work" for another. Beginning with the knowledge of our blood type and genetic background, we can begin to lay out a dietary/nutritional plan that is both satisfying and easy to follow. God's design for our bodies is such that we can, in many instances, begin to repair the damage done to our bodies through bad habits and/or medications. Nutrition, proper body alignment, proper hydration, elimination of toxins and exercise are a vital part of God's plans and purposes for our physical bodies. Often times, however, prayerfully considered medical intervention may play an important role in our overall wellness.
